Refund & Return Policy

At Bio Guru, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to a fair and transparent refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery
  • You received a wrong product or wrong quantity
  • The product is expired or past its best-before date upon arrival
  • The product's packaging is tampered or seal is broken upon receipt

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect storage, or improper handling after delivery
  • Orders where the return request is raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless defective)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us via email at support@thebioguru.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
  • If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product back to our warehouse

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may opt for a replacement of the product. Replacements are subject to stock availability and will be shipped within 3–5 business days after the return is approved.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel an order:

  • Contact us immediately at support@thebioguru.com or call our support number
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you may initiate a return after delivery
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days

7. Third-Party Marketplace Orders

If you purchased Bio Guru products via Amazon, Meesho, MyStore, or DigiHaat, please follow the respective platform's return and refund policy. We are not directly responsible for marketplace-level disputes and returns.
