Bio Guru ships products across India. Please read the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote or rural locations: 7–10 business days
These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or festive seasons.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location — displayed at checkout
- Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain order value, as periodically announced on our website
- Bulk or commercial orders may attract special shipping rates — contact us for a quote
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.
5. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted logistics partners including (but not limited to) Delhivery, Shiprocket, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
6. Delivery Failures
- In case of a failed delivery attempt, the courier will try to redeliver or leave a notification
- If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address or non-availability of recipient, re-shipping charges will apply
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order
7. Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged due to transit, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Refer to our Refund & Return Policy for the resolution process.
8. Bulk & Commercial Orders
For bulk purchases (e.g., 25 kg bags or multi-bag orders for commercial farms), please contact us directly for customised shipping solutions and pricing.
